Delivery within the UK

Within the UK all orders will be shipped by DPD and should arrive with you within two to three working days. All orders over £50 will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE and all orders under £50 will be shipped at our standard rate of £4.95. You can also choose our next day service costing £7.95 and your parcel will usually arrive the next working day as long as your order is placed before 12 Noon. These services are tracked and signed for with DPD. You will receive email or text communication from DPD with your delivery time slot. For orders placed before 12 Noon, we aim to ship the same day, providing the item is in stock but usually within 1 working day (dependant on stock levels).

Delivery within BFPO

Delivery to all BFPO addresses is by our DPD service costing £4.95. This service is usually delivered in 3 – 5 Working Day Service.

For Europe

£9.95 by DPD for parcels up to 2kg (this covers one pair of shoes). If your order is larger than this, please contact us) Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia. Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & Vatican City. This is a 3 – 5 Working Day Service.

For Non EU Countries

£29.95 by Fed Ex Tracked, for parcels up to 2kg (this covers one pair of shoes). If your order is larger than this, please contact us) Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan. This a 4 – 7 Working Day Service.

Trying the shoes on

Your Billy Ruffian shoes should arrive in mint condition. When trying them on, please do so inside and on a carpet, so that they are not scratched or damaged in any way. Unfortunately we are unable to take back any shoes that have been used, scuffed, worn or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you find that your Billy Ruffians’ aren’t quite right, we have a ‘no quibbles’ returns policy. Just send your purchase back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, making sure that they are not used, scuffed or scratched, (including the sole) and in its original packaging (this doesn’t affect your statutory rights). Simply fill in the returns form and cut along the perforated lines to detach it from the rest of your delivery note and put it in the bag with the item you’re returning. There is a returns address labels to use on your package but you’ll need to pay the postage costs. We recommend that you obtain ‘proof of postage’ when you return the parcel to us via Royal Mail.

Once we have received your package, we’ll send your new exchange back to you free of charge if you live within the UK, within 10 working days, subject to stock availability. For overseas returns, usual delivery charges will apply. Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days, once we have received your package and checked the goods.
